Coach Dick Cavanah 

Coach Cavanah swam for seven years as a member of the Columbia Swim Club in Columbia, Missouri.   He graduated from and swam for the University of Missouri in Columbia from 1967 - 1971.

Coach Cavanah began coaching in 1971 and spent four years with the Columbia Swim Club.  He then moved to Florida and spent a year coaching with the Ft. Lauderdale Swim Team before joining the NPB Swim Club in 1975.  Coach Cavanah is the director of NPB swim Club and works with the Senior Team and Blue Team.

Coach Alf Aguirre

Coach Alf comes to us from Miami, where he swam and coached for Miami Metro Aquatic Club of Miami. In 2000 he started Miami Springs Aquatic Club.  He was the head coach of Miami Springs until he moved to join the North Palm Beach Swim Club.  Coach Alf works with the Senior Team and Red Team.

Coach John Engelhardt

Coach Engelhardt has coached for over 25 years.  He was the coach of Miami Dade Community College and the Stingray Swim Club in Miami. Coach Engelhardt joined the NPB swim club in early 2004.  Coach Engelhardt works with the Blue Team and Red Team.

Coach Tim Dougher

Coach Dougher swam for twelve years as a member of the North Palm Beach Swim Club.  He went on to swim for the University of Missouri - Columbia where he graduated in 1994.

Coach Dougher began coaching the North Palm Beach Masters Swim Team in 1997 and is also a member of the team.
